1.MAST Mast Load Capacity 70 tons Mast Pipes Diameter and Thickness 4”inches- 6 mm Dimensions of the Mast Length: 12 meters Rear Width: 1.50 meters Height: 1.05 meters 2. DECK ENGINE Single Diesel Deck Engine will be mounted on the Rig. Deck Engine is 336 hp. Deck Engine is Turbo Intercoole. Engine Transmission is 90 ZF and Clutch Plate diameter is 42 cm. 3. POWERTRAIN SYSTEM Transfer Case is with two transmissions. Transmissions are 90 ZF and diameter of Clutch Plate is 42 cm. Transfer Case will have 7 transfers Output. Chains of Transfer Case are 1 ” and 4 roller. Transfer Case is with 1 ”-quadruple sprocket Drive Shafts are big type Total Number of Drive Shafts is 5. 4. DRAW-WORKS Two piece – Mechanical Double Drum Draw Works will be mounted abreast (side by side) on the Rig. Drums diameter is 580 mm. Brake Drums diameter is 600 mm Each Drum has 5 pcs Gear tooth Facings. These Gear tooth Facings outer diameter is 480 mm, thickness is 16mm And number of teeth is 75 Draw-works hook load capacity is 55 tons. 5.
